• Withdrawal Options: Select either Crypto or Fiat withdrawal and follow the prompts to complete your transaction.

This dashboard provides a straightforward and organized way to manage withdrawals, offering flexibility with crypto and fiat options and clear visibility into transaction history.

To withdraw cryptocurrency:

1. Select Token: Choose from 16 available cryptocurrencies.

Once a trusted address is added to your wallet, it will automatically populate in the Withdrawal Dashboard as a verified address.

This verified address will be used as the recipient for your withdrawal, ensuring a secure and streamlined process.

2. A Withdrawal Request will be created, tracking the details of your pending withdrawal.

Each pending transaction generates a Withdrawal Request, allowing you to track the status and details of your withdrawals easily.

How to process Pending Withdrawals

Pending withdrawals rely on other users to accept and fulfill the order.

To process a pending withdrawal:

1. Locate the Pending Withdrawal in the Withdrawal Dashboard.
2. Click on Process Withdrawal to accept the order and initiate the transaction.

This action begins the fulfillment process, allowing the withdrawal to proceed.

Once you accept a withdrawal order for processing:

1. You will have 40 minutes to deposit the required ETH to the specified address.
2. Follow the instructions to ensure timely completion of the transaction.

Failure to complete the deposit within the timeframe may impact the processing of the withdrawal.

Once the deposit is successfully processed, the Withdrawal Dashboard will update the status of the withdrawal to Executing.

This status indicates that the withdrawal is currently being processed and is in the final stages of completion.

Once the deposit has been fully processed, the Withdrawal Dashboard will update the status of the withdrawal to Completed.

This status signifies that the withdrawal transaction is finalized and the funds have been successfully transferred.

Upon completion of the deposit process, a Deposit Receipt will confirm that the transaction is finalized.

Here’s what happens post-completion:

• For the Account Processing the Withdrawal:

  • The account that processed the withdrawal will have deposited ETH into the withdrawal address.
  • In return, the account will receive an equivalent amount of wrapped ETHU in their account.

• For the Account Requesting the Withdrawal:

  -The account requesting the withdrawal will have ETHU deducted from their balance. -They will receive ETH directly into their MetaMask account.

This process ensures both accounts have completed their respective transactions and received the correct asset allocations.

• The account requesting the withdrawal will see their ETHU balance deducted accordingly.

• They will also note the receipt of ETH into their connected MetaMask account.

This transaction history provides a clear record of the asset exchange, showing both the deduction of ETHU and the receipt of ETH.
